Why are focus trainings interesting for HR professionals?
Because they answer many important questions:
Easy to schedule
A focus training lasts only 2 ½ hours. It can even be scheduled during a longer lunch break.
No overload
Each focus training covers only a single subject.
Based on your needs
Focus trainings address individual, team or organizational development needs. You select the courses based on the needs of your organization.
Development over time
You can schedule a series of focus trainings over time (for example every first Friday of the month) and in this way offer regular learning opportunities which enhances the overall effect.
Identifying organizational development needs
See the diagnostic workshop further down on this page.
How to innovate with focus training:
- Learning together is an excellent team-building tool! You can use focus trainings to help new teams get up and running or new managers to integrate existing teams.
- You might think about using Focustrainings as part of departmental “team-building” or “reflection” days.
- If you select participants across various departments this will improve cross-departmental collaboration.
- number of managers : 6-10
- batch of training courses : 3 courses + the diagnosis workshop
- cost : depend on the training details

Focus training – and what after?
While we train we naturally collect data on the development needs of your organization. These observations are valuable for department heads as well as for top management.
We propose to hold a diagnostic workshop where we present our observations (organizational culture, values, strengths and weaknesses of management, development opportunities, etc.). The objective of sharing these ideas is to support your change efforts at the departmental or organizational level.
